Charlie Louvin & Marty Stuart

Post by Bill R. Baker »

If you have access to RFDTV, Charlie will be guest on the Marty Stuart Show tonight. Must have been recorded only a few weeks ago.

Marty was able to let Charlie do a fine performance on his show tonight. IT was a wonderful show for Charlie.

Caught it last night. Marty dedicated the show performance to the Louvin family. It was recorded Dec 10, 2010. I've always enjoyed the Louvin Bros! aka: Ira Lonnie & Charlie Elzer Loudermilk

Charlie Now Joins Ira In Glory Land

 :(

Yes, It was a great tribute to the Louvin Family, indeed. When I first started playing steel; Charlie and Ira were big on the c/W charts. Their harmony was superb as brothers; Ira, with the hight tenor and his Mandolin playing was beyond words. They were a top notch act. May he rest in peace..God be with the Louvin Family.. Bernie :(
