Hi fellow steelers. It is with great sadness that I make this post. Joplin Mo steeler Jerry Rich passed away this evening ,after a battle with heart trouble and T.B.
. I looked up to Jerry when I was learning how to play. He would always tell me , you got to move that bar Danny !!
. I learned a lot from just a few short lessons and a tip or 2 on stage.He was Dewayne Bowmans steel player for yrs.and had worked for several country artists too.I had only known him a few short yrs ,he was always there to help anyone he could and was a great person and player . He will be missed so much !
