P/P Knee Lever Connecting Rod Broke

Post by Benjamin Franz »

Not sure if this rod has a specific name, but the connecting rod attaching my LKR to the axle broke clean in two while playing last night. I need to track one down and get it shipped to Australia if anyone has a spare or knows of where I might get one. I don’t have the tools to he able to get an accurate bend on the rod were I to try and make one myself.

Any help most appreciated.

Just use 1/8" stainless welding rod from any welding shop or supply and cut to length you can also bend by hand or if you have a bench vice or know someone with one use that...easy fix
thanks

Thanks Wayne. In the end I managed to bend the rods by hand and was able to keep the rod straight enough.
